She is wearing a scarf with an insignia drawn on it in permanent marker, the same insignia a certain lazy mage can often be seen wearing. So you can probably tell who this is from, even though he didn't sign it.
She is here to deliver an Absol egg. And alongside this egg comes a note that just says, "I know you'll take good care of it."
