[So someone has decided to make a fort of blankets and pillows in the corner of the bedroom, and despite a certain Clefairy tugging at his pant leg to try and get him to come out, he's not budging.]

No way, Rose! Every time this happens, I get buried in crap or something else bothersome happens! I'm just gonna wait it out until everything calms down, and nothing annoying's gonna happen.

[Care to glitch into his room and prove him wrong?]

[because when one is from medieval fantasy, one can still only learn so much in five years about technology.

The Clefairy squeaks a bit and immediately grabs one of the blankets to smother the embers before anything can spread. ...Then she glares at the Houndour again and starts muttering the beginnings of an incantation and sparking with electricity, but is stopped when Ryner grabs her by the back of her neck.]

Oi, Rose. You know the rules.

I guess that's right...

*the "Mr. Vampire" bit is getting you something of a look--it's not like you bothered to introduce yourself after your scythe monster nearly attacked him, after all. :| He says nothing though, instead striding up to the balcony railing and taking a moment to glance around and be sure the coast is clear. Perhaps a little obviously, he doesn't QUITE trust all these strange creatures you have running around, and... well, nevermind, it's entirely understandable if he's a little thrown off by suddenly finding himself in such a strange place, right?

In any case, it only takes him a moment to size things up, then with an ease that's definitely not human, he vaults himself himself smoothly over the rail, landing lightly on the floor below as easily as if he'd hopped down a single stairstep*

But Ryner's not going to comment further either, just watch to make sure you get down okay.

(Rose, however, will applaud. Even her dear partner can't do that :o]

The applause though does earn you a brief odd look, because that was definitely not a reaction he was expecting and he's not sure what to make of it. Then it's another quick glance around just to be sure before heading to the door*

[A fifteen-year-old blond kid, dressed entirely in a very rat-ish shade of tan-yellow for whatever reason, has somehow found his way into the downstairs of the house, and is looking around.

...He also has a fox sitting on his shoulders. Wow, an actual fox! Not a Pokemon! How long has it been?]

What kind of game is this...?

Maybe a heart? [...yeah the fox is telepathic, by the way. And both of them ping as Angelic, though I'm still not sure how close to Deity that counts as. Ultimately your call.]

But you'd think one of us'd remember who was there, if that's it...

[Rose is gonna Rose, what can I say.

And the most that you'll encounter on the way to the door is maybe a peep from a side door where a particularly shy Yanma might be peeking around the door to see what's going on (from atop the shell of an Omastar, because that shell won't break), but that's about it. Coast is clear.]

*with Ryner refusing to leave the safety of his blanketfort, that means Sion's stuck doing all the household chores for now... And given what time of year it is, suddenly spotting a stranger in the house really isn't very surprising.

Nor is the odd choice in clothing, when you get down it, it's downright tame compared to some things here.

The odd.... feeling about the kid is both hard to nail down and enough to at least make Sion pay attention, though, although he's familiar enough with this world's ways not to immediately pass judgment.

But the telepathy, now that is a good way to immediately put Sion on guard, though he's quite good at not showing it as he approaches*

*of course, being all angelic as you are, you miiiight just pick up on a thing or two from Sion, for that matter*

[At least it's not the 'directly in your head' type of telepathy and more of an 'I am projecting my thoughts like sound' type? He's a fox, okay.

(And honestly he's so inexperienced he'll most likely only really notice if you two are having a disagreement, so.)

But the two of them will turn (or, well, the boy will turn, the fox will also turn his head but his positioning is more dependent on his human at the moment) when they hear somebody there. And the boy will smile cheerfully when he sees another person, at least, so.]

Ah, well, I've got one explanation in mind, but one of us'd usually remember the lead up if it was that... But yeah, pretty much.

It seems to be a regular occurrence here at this time of year. Fortunately, it's also typically quite temporary.

I don't know what you're thinking of, but while we aren't certain what causes people to appear here, it's entirely possible that it's something here that's causing it.
