Haa, so that's how you get this to work, is it.

[See mage. See mage who just arrived. See mage who is poking at his Pokégear lazily in an attempt to figure out how it works. He's not sure whether it's something that was enchanted or a hero relic or something else entirely (and his Alpha Stigma won't activate for some reason, which he's not sure what to make of, so it's not like he can run an analysis), but he does know that this isn't from Roland.

...Also, he's holding said Pokégear upside-down. Just, as a note. (Though, it's up for debate whether this is on purpose or not.)]

Hey, there are people on the other side of whatever this is, right? Don't know how that works, but um, is anyone out there able to tell me where I am, or how I got here?

Oh, right, and whoever's playing that music, it's getting a little repetitive. It's got a nice sound and all I guess, but shouldn't you, I dunno, have some variety or something?

[He pulls over the bag and starts sifting through it in no particular order.] A grey robe, a lunch box, a couple of towels, a rope, an apron... some red and white balls? [He actually pulls the six Pokéballs out to get a better look at them.]

[Mammon stares at the screen, waiting for him to learn the ways of Pokemon~]

Hmm...

[He ponders the six balls in his hand for a moment, then realizes that one of them is slightly heavier than the others. Because obviously the best way to figure out what things do (barring the Alpha Stigma which still isn't activating for some reason) is to toss them in the air and see what happens (hey, it worked for the Dolueli Swordscale, kind of anyway), he tosses that one up into the air.]

[And then the ball opens up, and with a flash of light...]

Cleffa!

[There is suddenly a smiley pink... thing there, jumping up and down excitedly.]

GAAAAAH!!

[That was unexpected enough to cause him to jump backward in alarm and start pointing at it.]

How did... Where did that come from?! Was that supposed to happen?!

[Incidentally, his new Cleffa friend is just going to headtilt at him.]

[Squeeeeeeee!]

Aww, that thing is so adorable~!

Where did it come from?!? And what is it, anyway?!?

["Clef!" And the Cleffa decides that now's a good time to jump up on his shoulder. His expression indicates that he still has no idea what to make of it.]

It's your Pokemon! And oooh~ It's so cute! Kyaaah~!

This is a Pokémon? So those ball things have Pokémon things inside them that come out when you throw them?

Yup! Like this~ [She shifts the video screen and releases her Lapras.] Make sure you shift the middle part of the ball away from your face.

Ah, yours is like some kind of... turtle-dragon thing! So there are different types?
