[So someone has decided to make a fort of blankets and pillows in the corner of the bedroom, and despite a certain Clefairy tugging at his pant leg to try and get him to come out, he's not budging.]

No way, Rose! Every time this happens, I get buried in crap or something else bothersome happens! I'm just gonna wait it out until everything calms down, and nothing annoying's gonna happen.

*or hop the balcony instead of bothering with the stairs, which is what he's considering doing when that sudden thud startles him, causing him to look around sharply. It's fairly obvious though that there's nothing to be concerned about, so with a small sigh of exasperation Mika walks up to the rail, pausing for a moment to make sure there's a clear spot to land...*

Dusk is naturally right by his side, keeping a careful eye on things (because really, it's so rare that Sion's potentially facing an external threat that the absol is more than a little protective), though once he's seated Sion has her sit by him, putting a reassuring but still firm arm around her just in case.

Even if you're not really sure what kind of person I am?

Well, for one thing, it can be rather dangerous to travel if you don't have any pokemon of your own, so sending you on your way for no reason would be rather thoughtless. For another, even if you were to try something... Well, as perhaps you've noticed, Ryner and I have quite a few pokemon of our own, so I can't say it's a particularly strong concern.

So you're well-protected.... right?

Something like that. Though I can't say I expect to need it.

I guess not. I'm not really interested in attacking anybody....
