☆66.5☆ [Fourth Wall]
[So someone has decided to make a fort of blankets and pillows in the corner of the bedroom, and despite a certain Clefairy tugging at his pant leg to try and get him to come out, he's not budging.]
No way, Rose! Every time this happens, I get buried in crap or something else bothersome happens! I'm just gonna wait it out until everything calms down, and nothing annoying's gonna happen.
[Care to glitch into his room and prove him wrong?]

Re: Action
...But the sound of the door is something Ryner will notice. ...And okay maybe he's coming out of the room just to follow along and make sure things go smoothly going out because just because he can promise about his own half of the population doesn't mean...
...Heck, maybe he'll just shout down. Because why not.]
Hey Sion, keep an eye on Dusk for a moment, okay?
Re: Action
Re: Action
What's going on, Ryner?
*putting his hand on the absol's head to reassure her, perhaps none too soon because she's definitely making an effort to get in front of him as he goes through the door*
Re: Action
[...yes he knows it sounds stupid just roll with it please Sion it's that time of year.]
Re: Action
*that's... unexpected. though given what time of year it is, yeah certainly not impossible. which is why his hand is remaining firmly on the absol in a silent command to stand down.
Dusk, for her part, still looks very much on edge despite that as she accompanies Sion inside, staying protectively at his side*
Dare I ask what happened?
Re: Action
[...well, 'ever', if possible, but]
Re: Action
*seriously do you have to go and put it like that? :/*
Re: Action
and, of course, thus leaving a clear path to the door that doesn't require going too near a nervous absol*
Re: Action
There's the scampering of paws up the stairs as a certain two-tailed cat-like critter comes running up. Looks like Jiru wants to play messenger today, and gives an affirmative "Esp~" that yeah, Sion's got things handled.]
Ahh, things are handled down there, Jiru?
["Eo~~~n" yes now give me scritches?]
Okay, Mr. Vampire. Path should be clear.
Re: Action
In any case, it only takes him a moment to size things up, then with an ease that's definitely not human, he vaults himself himself smoothly over the rail, landing lightly on the floor below as easily as if he'd hopped down a single stairstep*
Re: Action
But Ryner's not going to comment further either, just watch to make sure you get down okay.
(Rose, however, will applaud. Even her dear partner can't do that :o]
Re: Action
...except where the lonely part of him buried under all the layers of hurt and distrust maybe kind of does a little--The applause though does earn you a brief odd look, because that was definitely not a reaction he was expecting and he's not sure what to make of it. Then it's another quick glance around just to be sure before heading to the door*
Re: Action
And the most that you'll encounter on the way to the door is maybe a peep from a side door where a particularly shy Yanma might be peeking around the door to see what's going on (from atop the shell of an Omastar, because that shell won't break), but that's about it. Coast is clear.]
Re: Action
...just, y'know, don't mind the fact that he's still definitely moving a bit warily as he goes, like he suspects another scythe monster or something to attack at any moment*
Re: Action
...At least on Ryner's team's end. Once you're out in the wild, you're on your own.]
Re: Action
Re: Action
...As for Ryner, back in the house, he'll just sigh.]
Ahh, what a pain.
Re: Action
Which part of it?
Re: Action
Re: Action
I can see why the absol were worried, in any case.
