[A certain lazy mage sniffs a little as he leans backward against this tree. Yes, Ryner Lute is in Ilex Forest. During this storm. By the looks of things, he's using a blanket as a makeshift tent at the moment. It's... well, not the greatest, but at least he's not completely soaked. Doesn't mean he's particularly happy about it, but.]
Haa... It really sucks when it rains while you're traveling, you know. Really, really sucks. How big is this forest, anyway? We've been in here for days... Didn't look that big on the map...
["Fairy!" Rose, who is sitting on his lap and eating some berries, is confident that they're almost out. Don't worry, dear partner! Her directions can never be wrong!

"Ras..." ...Oh, did I forget to mention? There's a wild Paras on his head. Which Ryner looks up toward, as much as is possible when it's on his head anyway.]
Hey, don't worry. I said you can stay up there as long as you feel like, until the rain stops anyway - haven't changed my mind about that. [He grabs the roll of bread he's been fairly disinterestedly eating for a while at this 'rest stop' (so to speak), tears off a fairly large chunk, and offers it up to the Paras.] Want some?
["Par!" The Paras happily accepts and quickly eats it up. This even gets Ryner to smile a little bit.]
