and as Ryner's body lies there, barely alive such that if you're not looking hard you might miss it and think he's dead, his consciousness awakens elswhere

Right, I should have probably done this a week ago...

So, this journal is now being used in two games -

route_29 and

cfud. As only the former is journal-based, it shouldn't really change all that much on Route's side, though CFUD folks, I apologize in advance if you're not interested in seeing the continuing adventures of the lazy mage who gets topped by his menagerie of Pokémon show up on the network...

All posts will be tagged with the relevant game, so hopefully there shouldn't be much if any confusion. Just figured it'd be a good idea if everyone knew, so... yeah.

Also, Camp magic users, could I please get you to look over here and tell me about your magic and whether Ryner can copy it or not? Thanks a lot.

So, let's talk magic.

Ryner's eyes have the power of Alpha Stigma, which allows him to instantly analyze any magic he sees, as well as copy and come up with a counter for it (with a few limitations, mostly that it doesn't work on anything having to do with gods). Obviously it has to be an actual magic spell and not a spell-like ability, and if it requires a physical component that he doesn't have he wouldn't be able to copy it, and there might be other things I'm not thinking of, but...

My question to you is: Is it okay for Ryner to be able to analyze/copy your characters' magic? If it steps on your plans OOCly, I'm perfectly fine with coming up with some excuse why he can't or just never give him the opportunity. And if you are fine with it, could you tell me about it so that I know how it works if he does see it?
