This Magikarp was part of a swarm, but stuck around because the Cherubios are good. Quinn might not have any interest in becoming a Gyarados, but he does very much enjoy leaping out of the water. He practices his backflips at all times of day, looking to see just how high he can jump, and how elegant he can be while he does so.
