This Surskit and her Dewpider companion showed up at the pond during the swarm while Ryner was feeding the Magikarp Squad some cereal, and he offered them some if they wanted it, and they decided hey, cereal is good, let's stick around, why not. Liam and Louise are usually off in their own little world, skimming (or, in Louise's case these days, fluttering) over the surface of the pond together. Louise enjoys listening to Liam's attempts at poetry, because even though she doesn't always understand his point, he's trying to make her happy, and isn't it wonderful?
